great staff but loud nights

I stayed for one night, and honestly, the front desk staff were awesome! They were helpful and super friendly. I ordered food from the bar lounge area, and it was tasty too. But man, the music from the clubs below kept me up until 2 am. Not cool when you're just trying to catch some sleep.

My stay was fantastic thanks to the early check-in and the awesome gym facilities. I really enjoyed relaxing by the swimming pool and took advantage of the spa treatments, which were just what I needed. One small issue was a minor noise from the hallway, but it didn't bother me much at all. Definitely recommend this place for a chill getaway! 🌟

The restaurants served diverse, tasty dishes, and the swimming pool was a relaxing escape. Future guests should request a room away from smoking areas for a quieter stay.

We had a great family time enjoying the various delicious dishes at Parsia de Cafe. The friendly staff, especially Ms. Jean and Ms. Dona, made our meals more enjoyable with their attentive service. Highly recommend trying the Filipino and Indian cuisines!

My wife says that the noise from the club downstairs was quite disruptive during our stay. A better soundproofing solution would be great for families with children.

Also, the cleanliness of the pool was lacking, with debris floating around, and the breakfast options were limited compared to what I expected from a four-star hotel.

However, the mattresses felt quite worn and could use an upgrade. Also, the noise levels at night were a bit distracting, especially with the activity from nearby areas. The toiletries in the bathroom were minimal, which could be improved for a more comfortable experience. Overall, though, the hotel's hospitality and well-maintained facilities made my time there memorable.
